it varies person to person. affs alone don't hold power and there's no specific one that will absolutely work best for everyone. it depends on how the aff makes u feel. if it resonates and makes sense to u. if it evokes emotion or helps u understand shifting better.

for all my peeps that overthink their affirmations. If you say 'sp is obsessed with me' this is what they'll start doing ¶ It's such a straight to the point aff. You don't have to micromanage and affirm for every single trait

for example if u wanna manifest appearance changes let's say a smaller nose, just keep repeating affs in ur head like "i have a small nose" "my nose is so small" "i love my small nose" literally just like that, even if u don't see changes in ur 3d just keep doing it, everytime u get a negative thought just affirm, and u will see results just believe in it^
