Hyperconcentration

Hypoconcentration is relatively rare; hyperconcentration is fairly frequent in disease, especially in cases of cardiorenal insufficiency.

The hyperconcentration of the blood, the increase in the number of red corpuscles, indicate the diminution of humor.

A further study along that line was particularly instructive, for we found we could take a tooth structure, dry it in the presence of sulphuric acid for a certain number of days, so it came to a fixed point of water content, and then by putting it in a solution that was of hyperconcentration or hypoconcentration in certain ions, we could change the weight. A hyperconcentration of acetylcholine and, secondarily, of adrenalin precursor accompany anaphylaxis.
