Missuture

It is easy to missuture curved gaping wounds so that one side is sheared and buckled relative to the other.

An inexpensive intraluminal shunt maintains coronary perfusion, prevents ischemia, reduces back bleeding, and maintains a bloodless field and molds the suture line to prevent accidental missuturing of the posterior coronary wall.

In order to improve access to the most inferior part of the defect, we reestablished the cardiopulmonary bypass through superior vena cava and right femoral vein cannulation, removed the originally missutured patch and repatched the defect.

What the plaintiff has to prove is that it was as a result of breach of duty that no steps were taken to re-open the artery during the next 48 hours to deal with the missuturing and consequent obstruction.

A rare but serious complication is residual IVC- left atrial shunt due to missuture of atrial septal flap to the Eustachian valve which was mistaken as lower edge of the defect [7–9].

What is more, like the missutures caused by the installational video dispositif, this second form of hindrance can again be understood as a videomatic intervention in a cinematic quality.
